Inspired by Bedouin traditional Sadu weaving, the design language for COP28 was created. The design reflected the tradition of the region, culture of its people and created a sense of togetherness for leaders to plan a cleaner, greener future. Aligned with the ethos of the event, every aspect of the build was designed through a sustainable lens, from walls and floors, to fixtures and furnishings.. The merging of Emirati heritage and innovation in sustainability materials provided a cohesive look and feel.
