Warehouse421 is a space for art exhibitions, workshops and studios, the objective of launch was to give people glimpse of the future developments in the neighbourhood, and making it accessible for the wider community. So, the creative approach inspired by the old boatyard of crumbling dhows opposite Warehouse421 and the functioning industrial warehouses that surrounded it created an event embraced the gritty personality of the location, rather than hiding it. 'Explore Your World' was a three-day celebration of creativity, art, fashion, craft and music, open to the public and designed to reveal Warehouse421 as a welcoming, thriving creative destination, and the wider area as having the potential to become a cultural hub.
